About Me
I live in the Lake District in the lovely village of Windermere. I have my own recording studio at my house so I’m pretty much available 24/7 for any audio requests.
I started my career on the radio as a presenter at the age of 18 when I started working on my local radio station. I then went to Leeds Uni to get a Media and Communications degree and was lucky enough to get a job as a radio presenter when I graduated.
My career in radio was fab, especially winning a silver Sony Award for ‘Best Breakfast Show’ when I was on Galaxy Manchester (now Capital). I then progressed into TV presenting.
I’ve always done voiceover work, but it was only about 6 years ago when I realised that this was my passion and became a full time voice over.
So much as I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve done and achieved in my career so far, I have to say I wish I’d know earlier that being a full time voice over was an actual job, because I LOVE IT!
